I was at a brunch a few weekends ago and one of my girlfriends made this Lavender Honey Goat Cheese as a starter, and I fell completely in love with it. I mean what’s not to love…cheese, honey and lavender. This is a really simple appetizer to make and will impress all your friends. Serve it with toast points or crackers.


  • 1 log of goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary grade lavender
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse/blend until smooth. Serve with crackers or veggies. Store hummus in a sealable container. Will stay in the fridge for 6 days.
